Terms of use
Last updated: 14 July 2026
1. Purpose and acceptance
These terms govern free access to presenceclaire.com. By browsing, users accept them together with the legal notice and cookie policy. They do not replace the terms of sale governing ordered services.
2. Access
Présence Claire aims to keep the website available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Access may be suspended for maintenance, security, updates, technical incidents or force majeure. Connection costs remain the user’s responsibility.
3. Information and offers
Content, displayed prices and timeframes are indicative and may change. They are not a binding quote, guarantee of outcome or personalised advice. A contract is formed only by written acceptance of a quote or proposal.
4. Permitted use
Users must not disrupt the website, attempt intrusion, bypass protection, scrape content at scale, send spam or transmit unlawful or malicious material. Legitimate search-engine and assistant crawling that follows published directives remains permitted.
5. Forms and security
Users must provide accurate and necessary details. Requests pass through Cloudflare Pages Functions and Brevo. Cloudflare Turnstile may be required to prevent automated abuse; direct email remains available if it is unavailable.
6. Intellectual property
Content and code are protected. Browsing grants no ownership rights. Short quotations and links are allowed within applicable law and with attribution.
7. Third-party links
External links are informational. Présence Claire does not control third-party availability, content or privacy practices.
8. Liability
Users remain responsible for their decisions and equipment. To the extent permitted by law, Présence Claire is not liable for indirect loss, data loss or interruption caused by third parties, misuse or events beyond reasonable control. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
9. Data and reports
Processing is explained in the legal notice. Cookie choices are available in the footer. Report security issues, unlawful content or rights infringements to [email protected].
10. Changes and law
The version online when accessed applies. French law governs these terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections and the consumer’s right to rely on applicable protections in their country of residence.
